Montana Statutes § 13-16-303 Presumption of incorrectness from failure to comply with provisions for counting votes
Statute Text
If it appears from a verified application that the election judges failed to comply with the provisions of
13-15-206
, that is sufficient cause for believing that the election judges did not correctly ascertain the number of votes cast for the applicant or ballot issue.
