Montana Statutes § 13-17-102 Use of qualified technicians and advisers

(1)
To the extent that funds are available, the secretary of state may compensate qualified technicians and advisers to assist in carrying out the secretary of state's duties required by
13-17-101
.
(2)
An entity submitting a voting system for examination shall pay to the secretary of state certain costs connected with the examination based on an agreement reached between the two parties.
