Montana Statutes § 13-17-106 General application of election laws

Up to Part 1: General Provisions

Statute Text

All laws applicable to elections when voting is not done using a voting system and all penalties prescribed for violations of those laws apply to elections and precincts when voting systems are used if those laws are not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter.
