Montana Statutes § 13-17-502 Definitions
Statute Text
As used in this part, the following definitions apply:
(1)
"Computer software expert" means a person who has obtained a bachelor of science degree in computer science with expertise in software engineering and who is not affiliated with an election software vendor.
(2)
"County audit committee" means the committee that conducts a random-sample audit in a county.
(3)
"Vote-counting machine" means an individual piece of equipment used to automatically tabulate votes.
