Montana Statutes § 13-25-103 Returns - lists of electors elected
Statute Text
(1)
The votes for candidates for president and vice president shall be given, received, returned, and canvassed as the votes are given, returned, and canvassed for candidates for congress.
(2)
The secretary of state shall prepare three lists of names of electors elected and affix the seal of the state to the lists.
(3)
The lists shall be signed by the governor and secretary of state and delivered by the latter to the college of electors at the hour of their meeting.
