Montana Statutes § 13-26-102 Delegates to constitutional convention
Statute Text
(1)
The number of convention delegates shall be equal to the number of members in the legislature. Each district shall have delegates equal to the number of members it is entitled to in the legislature.
(2)
Delegates shall be elected at the next primary or general election after congress has proposed the amendment or at a special election called by the governor.
(3)
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the election shall be in accordance with the laws for the election of members of the legislature.
