Montana Statutes § 13-26-107 Operation of the convention
Statute Text
A majority of the total number of delegates constitutes a quorum. The convention:
(1)
may choose a president, secretary, and other necessary officers;
(2)
may make rules governing the procedure of the convention; and
(3)
shall judge the qualifications and election of its members.
