Montana Statutes § 13-27-246 Transmission of statewide referendum referred by legislature
Statute Text
The secretary of state shall transmit to the attorney general a copy of a statewide referendum referred to a vote of the people by the legislature no later than 6 months before the election at which the issue will be voted on by the people.
