Montana Statutes § 13-27-308 Certification of petition to governor

Up to Part 3: Submission and Processing of Petitions

Statute Text

When a petition containing a sufficient number of verified signatures has been filed with the secretary of state within the time required by the constitution or by law, the secretary of state shall immediately certify to the governor that the completed petition qualifies for the ballot.
