Montana Statutes § 13-35-108 Powers of district court

Up to Part 1: General Provisions

Statute Text

In any action brought under the election laws of this state, the appropriate district court may enjoin any person to prevent the doing of any prohibited act or to compel the performance of any act required by the election laws.
