Montana Statutes § 13-36-205 Recovery of costs

Up to Part 2: Procedure

Statute Text

In any contest, the prevailing party may recover the party's costs, disbursements, and reasonable attorney fees. Costs, disbursements, and attorney fees in all cases must be in the discretion of the court. If judgment is rendered against the petitioner, it must also be rendered against the sureties on the bond.
