Montana Statutes § 13-38-107 Assumed business names and trademarks of central committees

Statute Text

Only a city, county, or state central committee of a political party may register an assumed business name, trademark, or service mark for the central committee as provided by 30-13-219 and 30-13-342 .

Added by Laws 2019 , Ch. 198 , Sec. 6 , eff. 4/25/2019 , applicable retroactively, within the meaning of 1-2-109, to August 1, 2018.
