Regulation Text

If a voter presents a signature stamp obtained pursuant to chapter 427A of NRS for use on a document as set forth in chapter 427A of NRS, the county clerk shall require verification of the identity of the owner of the signature stamp in accordance with NRS NRS 427A.755 .
