Any information relating to the verification of signatures that a county clerk is required to forward, transmit or otherwise submit to the Secretary of State pursuant to NRS NRS 293.1276 to 293.1279 , inclusive, must be forwarded, transmitted or otherwise submitted on the form prescribed by the Secretary of State for that purpose.
