An alternative format for the purposes of providing information concerning elections, information concerning how to register to vote and information concerning the manner of voting for use by a person who is elderly or a person with a disability pursuant to NRS

includes, without limitation:
1.
An audio tape;
2.
The telephone;
3.
A telecommunications device that is accessible to a person who is deaf;
4.
An Internet site; or
5.
A closed-captioned video.
