For the purposes of
NRS
293.269951
, an elector with a disability may use the system of approved electronic transmission established pursuant to
NRS
293D.200
to register to vote, and a registered voter with a disability may use the system of approved electronic transmission established pursuant to
NRS
293D.200
to apply for and cast a ballot, if the elector or registered voter, as applicable:
1.
Has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of the elector or registered voter;
2.
Has a record of such an impairment; or
3.
Is regarded as having such an impairment.
