1.
Each ballot for a special election must have a perforated line extending from top to bottom 1/2 inch from the right-hand side of the ballot. No writing or printing, except the number of the ballot, may be made upon the 1/2-inch strip formed by the perforated line.
2.
The words "Yes" and "No," separated by a light-faced line, must be printed on the ballot after each question. To the right of each word must be printed a light square at least three-eighths of an inch on each side.
