Statute Text
1.
A county clerk:
(a)
May establish one or more polling places in the county where any person entitled to vote in the county by personal appearance may do so on the day of the primary election or general election.
(b)
Must establish one or more polling places in the county where any person entitled to vote in the county by personal appearance may do so on the day of the presidential preference primary election.
2.
Any person entitled to vote in the county by personal appearance may do so at any polling place established pursuant to subsection 1.
