Nevada Statutes § 293.5782 "Final verification" defined

⤴ Up to Voter Registration During Certain Periods Preceding and on Election Day

Statute Text

"Final verification" means the procedures established pursuant to NRS 293.5872 to verify and determine whether a person who cast a provisional ballot was qualified to register to vote and to cast the ballot in the election.
