Nevada Statutes § 293.805 Unlawful to pay compensation based upon total number of persons preregistered or registered or total number preregistered or registered in particular political party
Statute Text
1.
It is unlawful for a person to provide compensation for preregistering or registering voters that is based upon:
(a)
The total number of persons or voters a person preregisters or registers; or
(b)
The total number of persons or voters a person preregisters or registers in a particular political party.
2.
A person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a category E felony and shall be punished as provided in
NRS
193.130
