Nevada Statutes § 293.918 Unlawful to disclose confidential information that will create substantial risk of bodily harm

Up to Confidential and Personal Information of Certain Persons

Statute Text

If a person discloses confidential information about a person [ listed in NRS 293.908 ] in violation of NRS 293.900 to 293.914 , inclusive, and section 22 of this act, and the person who makes the disclosure knows or reasonably should know that such disclosure will create a substantial risk of bodily harm to the person about whom the information pertains, the person who makes the disclosure is guilty of a misdemeanor.
