Nevada Statutes § 293.920 Civil penalties
Statute Text
In addition to any penalty imposed pursuant to
NRS
293.916
or
293.918
, the court may order a person who commits an act described in those sections to pay a civil penalty in an amount not to exceed $2,500 for each act.
