Nevada Statutes § 293C.3032 City clerks authorized to establish polling places as vote centers where eligible voters in city may vote on election day
Statute Text
1.
A city clerk may establish one or more polling places in the city where any person entitled to vote in the city by personal appearance may do so on the day of the primary city election or general city election.
2.
Any person entitled to vote in the city by personal appearance may do so at any polling place established pursuant to subsection 1.
