Regulation Text
A commission rule, or any amendment or repeal thereof, shall be adopted after notice and opportunity for a legislative-type hearing as provided by
RSA
541-A:3
et seq
. Rules may be proposed by the commission acting on its own motion or the commission may be requested to adopt, amend or repeal rules by motion.
