New Hampshire Statutes § 654:7-b Effect of Registration on Election Day
Statute Text
Any person who registers to vote on election day according to the provisions of
RSA
654:7-a
shall be registered to vote at all subsequent town, city, school district, village district, state, and federal elections unless the person's name is removed from the checklist in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
