New Hampshire Statutes § 655:14-c Change in Filing Period
Statute Text
Notwithstanding the provisions of
RSA
655:14
, if the elective districts for any office in RSA 662 have not been amended according to the most recently completed federal decennial census before the commencement of the filing period, the secretary of state is hereby authorized to change or extend the filing period as necessary to implement revised elective districts.
