New Hampshire Statutes § 659:54-a Immaterial Defects; Electronically Transmitted Absentee Ballots

No electronically transmitted absentee ballot shall be rejected by the moderator for any ballot, envelope, or affidavit weight, size, or color, or any ink font size, alignment, or color.
