New Hampshire Statutes § 659:6 Other Changes in Hours of Polling

Except as provided in RSA 659:3 , in all state elections, the voters present at the polling place may vote to keep the polls open until a later hour but may not vote to close the polls at an earlier hour than that prescribed in the warrant.
