The provisions of this chapter are promulgated pursuant to the New Jersey Campaign Contributions and Expenditures Reporting Act, P.L. 1973, c. 83, as amended, 19:44A-1 et seq. ("the Act"); the Gubernatorial Legislative Disclosure Statement Act; 19:44B-1 et seq.; the Uniform Recall Election Law, P.L. 1995, c. 105, 19:27A-1 , the Legislative and Governmental Process Activities Disclosure Act, P.L. 1971, c. 183, as amended, 52:13C-18 et seq., the "pay to play" laws, P.L. 2004 , c. 19 , as amended, 19:44A-20.3 et seq., P.L. 2005 , c. 51 , as amended, 19:44A-20.1 3 et seq., and P.L. 2005 , c. 271 , as amended, 19:44A-20.2 6 et seq. Such provisions shall constitute the rules and regulations of practice and procedure of the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission ("the Commission").
