New Jersey Regulations § 19:25-12.8 Reporting of independent expenditures

(a) An independent expenditure, as defined in 19:25-12.7 (a) , made by a candidate committee, joint candidates committee, political committee, continuing political committee, political party committee or legislative leadership committee shall be subject to the reporting requirements of the Act and this chapter.
(b) An independent expenditure, as defined in 19:25-12.7 (b) , made by a person from his, her or its own funds, shall be reported on the dates established for filing as a political committee set forth in N.J.A.C. 19:25-8, on a form prescribed by the Commission which shall contain the following information:
1. The name and mailing address of the person making the independent expenditure;
2. If the person is an individual, the occupation of the individual and the name and mailing address of the individual's employer; and
3. An itemization of the expenditures, including the dates the expenditures were made, the names and addresses of the payees, the amount of each expenditure, and the total amount expended.
