Regulation Text
(a)
A person who makes an independent expenditure in an amount in excess of $ 1,900, as defined at
N.J.A.C.
19:25-12.7
(b)
, from his, her, or its own funds during the period of time between the 13th day prior to an election and the date of the election, shall file a notice (Form IND, E-1 or 48-HR) of the expenditure with the Commission, which notice shall include the following:
1.
The name and mailing address of the person making the independent expenditure;
2.
If the person is an individual, the occupation of the individual and the name and mailing address of the individual's employer; and
3.
An itemization of the expenditures, including the dates the expenditures were made, the names and addresses of the payees, the amount of each expenditure, and the total amount expended.
(b)
The notice described in (a) above shall be filed with the Commission within 48 hours of the making, authorizing, or incurring of the independent expenditure.
