New Jersey Regulations § 19:25-15.25 Use of transferred funds

Up to Subchapter 15: Public Financing; General Elections for the Offices of Governor and of Lieutenant Governor

Notwithstanding the provisions of 19:25-6.2 , any transfer of funds from the general election campaign of the gubernatorial candidate to any other candidate, candidate committee, joint candidates committee, political committee, continuing political committee, political party committee, legislative leadership committee, or political club will be considered to be an expenditure on behalf of the gubernatorial candidate under 19:44A-7 . No such transferee shall make any contribution to or on behalf of the gubernatorial candidate prior to or subsequent to such transfer.
