New Jersey Regulations § 19:25-15.40 County and municipal committee reports

⤴ Up to Subchapter 15: Public Financing; General Elections for the Offices of Governor and of Lieutenant Governor

Any county or municipal committee making any expenditure on behalf of any candidates for the offices of Governor and of Lieutenant Governor in a general election shall file quarterly reports pursuant to 19:44A-8 and shall provide written notice to the candidate pursuant to 19:25-12.3 .
