New Jersey Regulations § 19:25-15.46 Funds or materials remaining from general election campaign

Up to Subchapter 15: Public Financing; General Elections for the Offices of Governor and of Lieutenant Governor

Public moneys received by qualified candidates may be retained by such qualified candidates for a period not exceeding six months after the general election for which such moneys were received in order to liquidate all obligations and to pay expenses for the purposes permitted by 19:25-15.2 4 which expenses were incurred during the general election campaign.
