New Jersey Regulations § 19:25-16.4 Appointment of treasurers and depositories

Up to Subchapter 16: Public Financing of Primary Election for Governor

Regulation Text

(a) Each candidate in a primary election, whether or not intending to participate in public funding, shall:
1. Designate the name and address of his or her candidate committee for the primary election;
2. Appoint a campaign treasurer;
3. Designate a depository bank account; and
4. Notify the Commission pursuant to 19:25-4.1A of such appointment and designation no later than the 10th day after receipt of any contribution or after incurring or making any expenditure, whichever comes first.
