New Jersey Regulations § 19:25-16.6 Contribution limits; applicability

(a) Each candidate, whether or not intending to participate in public funding, and each campaign treasurer, or deputy campaign treasurer, of such candidate shall not knowingly accept from any person, candidate committee, joint candidates committee, political committee, continuing political committee, political party committee, or legislative leadership committee any contribution in aid of the candidacy of, or in behalf of, such candidate in the aggregate in excess of $ 4,900 in any primary election.
(b) Contributions from a joint account by one owner of the account may not be attributed to other owners of the account.
