New Jersey Regulations § 19:25-17.1 Opportunity for hearing

Up to Subchapter 17: Complaints and Other Proceedings; Violations

In any penalty proceeding undertaken by the Commission pursuant to 19:44A-22 or 19:44A-41 , each respondent shall be afforded the opportunity for a hearing pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq. and 52:14F-1 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 1:1.
