The provisions of this subchapter, covering personal financial disclosure statements of candidates for the offices of Governor and Lieutenant Governor or for State legislative office are promulgated pursuant to the Act requiring the filing of financial disclosure statements by certain candidates, Laws 1981, c. 129 ( 19:44B-1 , and following the Personal Financial Disclosure Statement Act, as amended by P.L. 2009 , c. 66 ).
