(a)
A request to the Commission to investigate an allegation that a business entity has made a contribution or contributions in violation of
19:25-24.2
, shall be filed on a form prescribed by the Commission and shall include:
1.
A copy of the contract awarded by the State or any department or agency thereof or its independent authorities to the business entity that is the subject of the request;
2.
The name and address of the business entity, which is alleged to have made a contribution in violation of N.J.A.C. 19:25-24.2, and the amount of the alleged contribution; and
3.
The name and address of the candidate committee of any candidate or holder of the public office of Governor or the State or county committee of a political party that is alleged to have accepted a contribution or contributions from a business entity with a contract or agreement awarded by the State or any department or agency thereof or its independent authorities.
(b)
The Commission shall forward to the State Treasurer any evidence of a violation of
19:25-24.2
by a business entity and any evidence of a violation or violations of
19:44A-20.2
1, which was received pursuant to (a) above.
