Regulation Text
(a)
No State committee of a political party, legislative leadership committee, candidate committee or joint candidates committee, as set forth in
19:25-25.2
(a)
, shall accept a contribution from a business entity during the term of the contract between the business entity and the State agency in the Legislative Branch.
(b)
No county committee of a political party, candidate committee or joint-candidates committee, as set forth in
19:25-25.2

, shall accept a contribution from a business entity during the term of the contract between the business entity and the county or its agency or instrumentality.
(c)
No municipal committee of a political party, candidate committee or joint-candidates committee, as set forth in
19:25-25.2

, shall accept a contribution from a business entity during the term of the contract between the business entity and the municipality or its agency or instrumentality.
