New Jersey Statutes § 19:27-7 Writs delivered to secretary of state

Up to Chapter 19:27: Nominations, elections and ascertainment and certification of results as provided for primary and general elections

Statute Text

Every such writ shall, by the officer issuing the same, be delivered forthwith to the secretary of state, who shall forthwith affix the seal of the state and file the same in his office.
