New Jersey Statutes § 19:31-6.6 Prevention of fraudulent registration and voting; procedures
Statute Text
For the purpose of preventing fraudulent registration and voting, the commissioner of registration in counties having a superintendent of elections, and the county board in all other counties, may, at any time deemed necessary, utilize the procedures set forth by
