New Jersey Statutes § 19:32-12 Interference with sealing of ballot boxes, bags; third degree crime
Statute Text
Any person preventing, hindering or interfering with the said superintendent or his chief deputy or assistants in sealing such ballot box or boxes or bag or bags shall be guilty of a crime of the third degree.
