New Jersey Statutes § 19:32-32 Attendance at elections; admission to polling places

Up to Chapter 19:32: Establishment of office; appointment by Governor with advice and consent of Senate; salary; vacancy

Statute Text

The superintendent, his subordinates, or any person or persons designated by him, may attend at any election, any of whom shall be admitted at any time within any polling place and within the guard rails thereof.
