New Jersey Statutes § 19:32-35 Interference with sealing ballot boxes, bags; third degree crime

Up to Chapter 19:32: Establishment of office; appointment by Governor with advice and consent of Senate; salary; vacancy

Statute Text

Any person preventing, hindering or interfering with the said superintendent or his chief deputy or assistants in sealing such ballot box or boxes or bag or bags shall be guilty of a crime of the third degree.
