New Jersey Statutes § 19:44A-20.10a Failure to disclose, contribution, fines
Statute Text
Notwithstanding the provisions of any law, rule, or regulation to the contrary, a business entity that fails to disclose a contribution or the existence of a public contract shall be subject to a fine of not less than $250.
