New Jersey Statutes § 19:59-13 Rules and regulations
Statute Text
To effectuate the purposes of this act,
P.L.
1976
, c.23 (C.19:59-1 et seq.), and its administration, the Secretary of State is authorized to promulgate such rules and regulations as he deems necessary and desirable.
