New Jersey Statutes § 19:62-6 Statement on ballot

Up to Chapter 19:62: Municipality with 500 or fewer persons may conduct elections by mail

Statute Text

Each ballot obtained from the county clerk or the municipal clerk shall have printed or stamped on it the following statement:
ANY PERSON WHO, BY USE OF FORCE OR ANY OTHER MEANS, UNDULY INFLUENCES A VOTER TO VOTE IN ANY PARTICULAR MANNER OR TO REFRAIN FROM VOTING IS GUILTY OF A CRIME.
