New Jersey Statutes § 19:63-25 Powers exercised over mail-in voting
Statute Text
The county board of elections, the county clerk, the superintendent of elections and the commissioner of registration shall exercise the same powers over mail-in voting as over other voting in elections, except as otherwise provided by law.
