New Mexico Statutes § 1-12-28 Conduct of election; election certificate
Statute Text
Immediately upon the closing of the polls, the precinct board [election board] shall complete and sign a certificate which shall state: "We certify the __________ election complete with the voting of voting machine number __________ by voter number __________ on the signature roster."
